2. Describe the structure of hemoglobin (2 alpha+2 beta+4 heme).
3. Explain the physiologic function of hemoglobin
4. Present standard genetic codon triplet configurations
5. Provide a demonstration of the use of codon information for the determination of amino acid sequencing.
